IGLESIA SAN FELIPE NERI
The small church of San Felipe Neri is one of the first churches in San Felipe, and the dates of its construction and reconstruction are inscribed on the façade, around 1680. Like most buildings of the time, it was devastated by successive fires and had many "lives", in turn hospital, school, seminary... The bell tower, visible from Plaza Bolívar, is decorated with mother-of-pearl shells, just like on the cathedral. Do not hesitate to enter it, it houses a crib all year round, as it is often the case in holy places.
