The most representative example of the colonial residence, with five front openings on each facade and long balconies. This house, once owned by significant notables, was destroyed in 1756 but rebuilt on the same foundations by a rich pearl trader. It was inhabited until 1990 before being acquired by the State and restored. She welcomes Casa de la Cultura y del Artista Panameño administered by the Olga Sinclair Foundation.
