Along the Pan-American Highway, it's a popular stop-off for ceviche and DJs. Take note of these two distinct atmospheres, depending on when you choose to stop. On the way back to the capital, the wide variety of ceviche(corvina, shrimp, octopus...) and the whole selection of Panamanian beers will help you recharge your batteries after a good day at the beach. As for the Saturday night atmosphere in the discotheque, it's all night long you'll need.
