This is the restaurant of the Center for Congolese Culture. The training of cooks and waiters is an integral part of the Bahia de Portobelo Foundation's project. The setting is very pleasant, with a room decorated in marine colors and a spacious terrace on the water's edge. One can just have a drink or eat good dishes with Caribbean flavors of quality. The plate is mixed in the image of the culture which is safeguarded and defended here. Concert evenings or other events sometimes enliven the place on weekends.

Un cadre de rêve autant pour le déjeuner que pour le dîner (avec le coucher de soleil !). De bons petits plats originaux avec un service agréable.
