One of the first lighthouses of the continent, put into service in 1894. Its steel structure was built by Gustave Eiffel, but the "lens" is preserved today in the hall of the Canal Museum, in Panamá City. It takes about 15 minutes to walk up a nice (sometimes muddy) path that climbs just before the entrance to the Sister Moon Hotel (follow the electric cable at the beginning). The 26 m high lighthouse is not very interesting in itself and little effort seems to be made for its maintenance, but the view from the mirador is magnificent and there is a refreshing breeze!
