Hotel-restaurant in Vieillevie with a shaded terrace.
It is surprising to see palm trees in the Cantal, but on the banks of the Lot, you can contemplate them from the terrace shaded by a hundred-year-old wisteria, while tasting the various dishes of this house held by the same family since 1870. Christophe Louis' cuisine is constantly being revisited, combining with finesse the flavours of the Auvergne and the Mediterranean. And to take advantage of this green place, ten rooms are at your disposal.
