Between Cantal and Aveyron, the river Lot is a real invitation to take to the water. To help you take the greatest pleasure, the ASV'Olt team offers you marked routes to go down the river and discover the most beautiful landscapes. You will have the choice between rafting, kayaking (club affiliated to the FFCK) or paddling according to your desires and your experience. The instructors ensure the evaluation and the training of the participants, in particular the children.

Excellente base de canoë associative où la convivialité est le maître mot. le type de descente est agréable pour tous, notamment les familles. la vallée du Lot est un lieu d'exception et nous espérons que des aménagements permettront prochainement de valoriser les berges.
