The open-air restaurant is run by an American-Panamanian couple, Ermelinda and John, and the food is a mix of both influences. Simple lunches (burgers, sandwiches with fries, sancocho, seafood specialties...), and dinners usually a little more elaborate (broccoli lasagna, spicy baked chicken wings...). Barbecues are organized on Sundays and, very often, blues rock and other concerts are held on Tuesday and Friday. It is also here that international soccer matches are broadcasted! Nice welcome, like a smiley :)

Sur la route principale, un peu bruyant à certaines heures, bar-restaurant sympa. Clientèle touristique donc les prix sont en conséquence c'est à dire plus élevés que les restaurants plus typiques. Cuisine orientée burger.

Cuisine pas tres depaisante ...pour un americain. Le patron est un americain marie a une femme du pays. Ambiance sympatique et cadre agreable en patio. Plusieurs plats americains et quelques additions locales.
