The Beach Break Academy offers a training space of 80 square meters to begin or perfect Brazilian Jiujitsu. A natural extension of judo, jujitsu is an art based on defense that excludes risk but requires a real commitment of body and mind. This martial art combines wonderfully with surfing and yoga. The classes (also Pilates or kickboxing) are for adults as well as for children.
