It is a gastronomic reference in Boquete. Although a little out of the way, 10 minutes from the center by car, this chic bistro-style restaurant is attached to the Riverside Inn. The team offers a cuisine that has fun fusing local dishes with flavors from here and abroad. On the menu, ceviche (traditional, passion, coconut), grilled red meat, fish, lobster, salads to compose, soups.... but also tasty desserts and vegetarian and gluten-free options. The service is of high quality and the setting is pleasant, on the banks of the river.

One evening very disappointing in this restaurant which is quoted in good throughout the guides… Half of the dishes on offer to the menu was not available and when we finally agreed on a risotto with prawns, we saw arrive a simple rice at shrimps without particular flavour! A completely overrated reputation.
