Il semblerait que ce soit une affaire de femmes ! Et c’est tant mieux… Maria-Jesus, architecte espagnole dans une autre vie est venue rejoindre Lorraine qui de son côté a laissé les cuisines des grands chefs. Tout en haut de Boquete à plus de 1400 m, quatre chambres font face au volcan Baru. Confort et bonne table assurée par Lorraine font le réconfort pour celui qui a couru après le quetzal toute la journée !
La nuitée : 1 chambre pour deux avec petit déjeuner : 70 dollars US
