A little away from the center, this prestigious hotel was founded in 1914. Personalities such as Teddy Roosevelt, the Shah of Iran in exile, Ingrid Bergman, Sean Connery and the explorer Richard Byrd have stayed here. Scattered in the garden of the property, the rooms are comfortable and cosy. The bar is more than welcoming and warm around its beautiful fireplace. The cuisine of the T'ach restaurant is refined and tasty, prepared by the famous Panamanian chef, Charlie Collins. A family know-how that continues...
