Who would imagine that in this small restaurant is one of the best chefs in the country? Patricia Miranda Allen. In her book, translated into Ngäbere and winner of the 2012 Paris Culinary Book Festival, she pays tribute to Ngäbere women and offers them simple recipes to help them feed their families healthily. Patty organizes with her friend Laureen, a Jamaican chef, the Volcán Verde Integral festival (April, May) dedicated to the environment, health, rural tourism and gastronomy. Beyond her engaging personality, Patty will delight your taste buds!
