A nice surprise in Bocas! A warm and unpretentious place, where Panamanian chef Joseph Archbold prepares refined Caribbean dishes. After having forged his talents abroad and notably in Paris, in two Michelin starred restaurants, he set up his own restaurant in his grandparents' house. The team plays with local products (ají chombo, achiote...) and offers us original recipes. The menu changes regularly, according to the season and the desires. Its great specialty, the octopus ("octopus"), but it is not the only one!
