No local cuisine here, The Exchange du Brix restaurant offers a high quality international menu, which is necessarily expensive. At lunchtime you can choose two more reasonably priced dishes, like Thai fish cakes or lamb chops. The Sugar High bar, on the roof of the building, with a superb view of the city, offers a good selection of local arranged rums and even cognac, in a dimmed red atmosphere with art installations and a jazzy musical background. Here, everything is luxury and voluptuousness and discretion assured.
