CARENAGE FISH FRY

The village of Carénage cannot hide its origins, people used to come here to careen the boats, that is to say to give them a new beauty before they went back to sea. We are in fact very close to Chaguaramas and the fishermen of Trinidad have various facilities in the peninsula to sell their fish. The Fish Fry is one of them, but here the families of these same fishermen offer you traditional fish dishes.
