The address, a small guesthouse in the center of town, offers four studios and two two-bedroom apartments with very basic decor but well-equipped and practical facilities (TV, air conditioning, mini-refrigerator, bathtub). For larger groups, two-bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchens are available for rent. The welcome is friendly and the location strategic, close to the St James nightlife. The neighborhood is safe enough for Port of Spain, and the surrounding area is within walking distance. A small refreshment will be necessary in the next few years.
