The Kayak Center is the best place in Trinidad to practice this leisure activity which can also be a sport. The Trinidad Kayakers Association is based here and participates in all the country's competitions and more. The kayaks are in excellent condition, some of them are even made locally. If you are an enthusiast, you can push on to the anchorage bay where dozens of sailboats come to Chaguaramas to protect themselves from bad weather or to refit. Be careful, many boats move around in this bay.
