Richard is probably the best-known bake & shark stall in Maracas Bay, where they are legion. They're all pretty much the same, and the dish is the same everywhere: a sort of Trinidadian fish & chips , using shark instead of fish. For those who don't want to eat shark, for obvious conservation reasons, you can opt for the fish, shrimp, chicken or even vegetarian version. The bake & shark is a real Maracas institution - you can't beat it!
