Unquestionably the best place to dine in the village and probably within a 20 km radius. The hotel and restaurant managers offer Creole dishes and often local seafood specialties. The coconut crab curry is simply to die for, order it from Bernadine. The restaurant has a wide range of products available at all times to offer a relatively well-stocked menu, which is far from being the case with the other addresses in Blanchisseuse. Breakfast and lunch are also available.
