It is a monastery built in 1912 by Benedictine monks who fled from Brazil and then prey on religious persecution. Over time, the monastery has expanded. His church was consecrated abbey in 1947. Today, the monastery welcomes seminarians from all the English-speaking Caribbean, and the monks who make up the community have embarked on the production of honey and yoghurt, products sold to the monastery.

la vue et l'observation des oiseaux en valent la peine
sur la dernière partie de la route d'accès, les bananes sont laissées sur le côté, ce qui attire les tangaras et les orioles. Si vous allez ensuite à l'épicerie et achetez un thé à emporter et un morceau de gâteau, vous pourrez profiter d'une bonne heure de repos. Vous pouvez utiliser le gâteau pour d'adorables chiens et oiseaux errants.
