A small address for those who want to eat on the go a 100% local cuisine. In the morning, you can have salted fish or smoked herring, fried or boiled, accompanied by plantain and manioc for example. If you come for lunch, don't miss the grilled fish and especially the excellent Callaloo, considered the national dish of Trinidad, prepared with leaves of Amaranth or Taro which look like spinach.
