MAJE MOON
Mickaël, otherwise known as Maje Moon, is a native of Matelot who has set up the only restaurant in the village, but it is worth the detour! From a family of fishermen, he has access to fish just out of the water and prepares it by smoking it with bay leaves. The bay leaves are next to the oven, no need to buy them and the clay oven was made by Mickaël's hands with clay from the nearby Shark River. The result of his baking is simply perfect. You can also opt for other smoked recipes according to your desires.
