Choka Boss is a new kid on the block, established in 2020, offering a simple menu of local cuisine with Indian accents, like many in this part of Trinidad. The restaurant opens very early and welcomes customers for breakfast from the early morning. Be careful, no toasts here, when we talk about breakfast, we are talking about serious things like smoked herring or good roti, vegetarian or not. For lunch, the dishes are quite classic but all very good with a special mention for the goat curry, spiced up to perfection.
