Quite simply the best roast in Trinidad & Tobago. If you're passing through Fernando, don't miss the little detour, it's worth it to taste this specialty at its best. The room is simple, the main reason for coming here is taste, and you'll never be disappointed. If you like hot sauces, don't hesitate: they're homemade and reveal the complex flavors of roast sauces. Pork, beef or chicken, try them all!
