Rachie's roast fish

Here's a little roadside restaurant where you can enjoy one of Trinidad's southern specialties, roast fish. It's a beautiful fish (especially golden snapper) cooked in aluminum foil with various spices and served in a banana leaf with toasted breadfruit. Simply succulent! Don't hesitate to take a seat at one of the tables provided by the small supermarket just opposite Rachie's stall, as you'll be better placed to enjoy your meal in the best possible conditions.
