Also known as Point Fortin beach or sometimes Vessigny, this is an unexpected beach in such a place. The southwest of Trinidad is indeed a mainly industrial area dedicated to oil but the beaches are superb. This one is part of the ideal beaches to admire the sunsets over Venezuela, from which we can see the Paria peninsula from the beach. A few tankers waiting to be loaded spoil the landscape a little bit but if you ignore them you can spend a nice day here with good chances to be alone.
