THE MUD HOUSE MUSEUM
When you visit this mud house, transformed into a museum by the descendants of a family that arrived from India in the 19th century, it is a leap of 150 years that you make. It was built in 1885 by one of the first families who arrived from India to work in the fields of Trinidad. Very well maintained, it became a museum in 2018 and opens its doors to interested visitors upon request. Its visit gives a better understanding of the living conditions of the farmers of that time, most of whom became professionals in the oil industry.
