If you want fish cooked the Tobago way, you'll find it here. All dishes are light and highlight Creole culinary culture, such as King Fish dipped in homemade sauce. Under the shady terrace, or in the air-conditioned dining room, you'll also appreciate the friendliness of the waiters and cooks. The place has been run by an absolutely charming couple, Alison and Kenneth, for over 30 years! Don't miss Kenneth's delicious kalalloo, better known as Chef Ken Sardinha.
