Located on the harbour, this market allows Maldivians to stock up on fresh produce. Very lively and colorful, it can be visited. You can find small sweet bananas, delicious mangoes, fresh coconuts, kurumbas or papayas. Some stalls offer betel leaves filled with areca nuts and lime paste to chew on to ease digestion. This is where you will find the "Maldivian bounty", a honey and coconut delicacy.

Marché typique de Malé sur le quai principale.C'est ici que vous trouverez tout les produits alimentaires utilisés par les Maldiviens.Même si le marché n'est pas très engageant de part les fortes odeurs ne pas hésiter à pénétrer à l'interrieur de belles photos vous y attendent.
