Located in the heart of Arlempdes, one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France since 1999, Hôtel du Manoir also has its own restaurant. Behind his stoves, the chef prepares a local cuisine. The dishes that regularly feature local products, including of course green lentils from Le Puy or verbena, are delicious and generous. You have to have a hell of a fork to completely empty your plate! The style of the restaurant is rustic and charming. In summer, you can sit on the terrace to sip your coffee.
