The Muraka is the latest Maldivian folly to be designed by Conrad Maldives. The Californian villa-like residence set in the Rangali lagoon seems somewhat anachronistic in these latitudes. However, the concrete structure with its angular lines has all the comfort and luxury you could wish for. In addition to its two bedrooms, lounge, infinity pool and dining area, it has an underwater bedroom, the only one in the Maldives. The bed is installed in an acrylic tunnel that allows you to observe the marine life at any time.
