Converted to organic farming since 2011, Odette and Michel have been able to continuously develop their operations. On a land of 75 hectares, on the plateau of the Cézallier, they raise 35 cows, mainly of Aubrac race, to produce high milk calves under the mother. On 10 hectares they grow their own cereals, wheat, rye, buckwheat, spelt and small spelt, which are then processed into flour thanks to the farm mill.
