The old Gingembre Sirop has had a facelift: Gingembre Nouveau now awaits you! Here you can enjoy traditional Creole cuisine. The meats and fish used come from hunting and fishing around the marsh: wood meat, pakira, wood pig, atipa and smoked or smoked coulan. You can also find out about good deals on private accommodation. The restaurant also offers a shuttle service by pirogue from the landing stage to the village of Kaw, as well as daytime and evening walks in the marshes.
