A Paramaribo institution since 1974! In a pleasant, typical setting, the Sarinah offers all kinds of tasty Indonesian specialties. The portions are generous, and the service prompt and impeccable. The terrace is also very inviting, and you'll find yourself strolling around for a long time. If you want to sample a whole range of flavors, choose the Rijsttafel Special for two, comprising no fewer than 14 dishes. Watch out for the sauces - some are quite spicy! Recommended for a good introduction to Indonesian cuisine.
