La Passie was born out of the culinary passion of a Dutch couple, who have been living in Suriname and in this beautiful building since 2018, much to our delight! Let's not beat about the bush: this is the place to be. First of all, the place is very welcoming, with a beautiful carbet-style terrace decorated with barrel-shaped mange-debout. But the attention to detail is especially evident on the plate, with original dishes that are always beautifully presented. In the evening, menus are available in 3, 4 or 5 courses. And to go with it: a good glass of wine!
