A good place to learn about Japanese cuisine at reasonable prices. The elegant and sober frame allows you to concentrate on the plate. You can choose between the room or the bar, to see the chef work on cutting the fish and making the rice dumplings. You will find all the great classics of the land of the rising sun: sashimi, tempuras, yakimonos, sushis, sobas but also some less common specialities like shabu-shabu. Don't hesitate to try crab makis in molt or negitoro with fatty tuna and chives.
