AÉROPORT SULTAN AZLAN SHAH
Airport – Passenger assistance

Only 6 km from the south of the city, the Sultan Azlan Shah airport is almost integrated into the city. It was inaugurated in 1989 for the visit of Queen Elizabeth II. Its modest activity nevertheless links it to the cities of Johr Baru, Singapore and Medan (Indonesia). There is talk of extending the runway to accommodate medium-haul aircraft such as A320s and B737s. Allow 15 minutes from the airport to downtown.
