It is better to avoid the weekend, especially if it doesn't rain, as it is a great walk for Taiping families. You can admire some rare creatures, often asleep, such as the pygmy marmoset, the imposing gaur or Indian bison in white socks, the Malay bear and its collar and of course the tiger or the orangutan. The zoo is also the only one in the country to organize night visits during which you will be able to observe a greater number of species, some of which are more active than during the day. Very interesting visit.
