Ayam mole is a steamed chicken served with broth (very fatty), soy sauce and soy sprouts. You can choose between chicken, outdoor chicken and organic chicken. It can be enjoyed here in a very minimalist setting where only a few tables occupy the perfectly air-conditioned room. The service can be a little slow despite the limited number of covers.
