Hidden inside a former warehouse, one could walk past this coffee shop and roaster without noticing it, and that would be a shame! With its natural light, sleek post-industrial design, and plants growing right out of the ground, Norm offers a refreshing and surprising stop. And if the price of the drinks and dishes is slightly above average, they are really worth the detour. It is mainly with its grandiose desserts, as aesthetic as gourmet, that the institution has made its reputation.
