The Kayuputi at the St. Regis Hotel offers a superb setting in which to dine, or simply enjoy a drink. Designed by architect Bill Bensley, the interior creates an intimate atmosphere, with antique furniture adding a touch of elegance. Without being overpowering, the cuisine is tasty and the service smooth. But the magic of the place lies above all in its location, ideal for admiring the sunset. The terrace on stilts, with its nets suspended over the water and its cushions, is just waiting for lovers to come and populate it. Romantic as can be.
