Charlie and his team brew an artisanal beer, La Damoiselle, in blond, white, amber and brown versions. The brewery holds the "Nature et Progrès" label, guaranteeing the use of organic raw materials and a commitment to environmental protection. It's a place for meetings and exchanges, where various exhibitions and concerts take place. It's also an opportunity to discover Auvergn'ale, a light blonde with the particularity of being prepared in the same way by 6 breweries throughout the region (hence its name), or "La Damoiselle".
