The hotel is located on Besar beach, just opposite Turtle Point. Just put on your flippers and bite into your snorkel to admire the turtles. The surrounding area is rather lively, with numerous boats during the day, and nearby hotels in the evening. Mama's consists of simple, unadorned wooden bungalows offering good value for money. Some overlook the sea. The owner family is very friendly, which makes it a nice place to stay. A good restaurant, where no alcohol is served, but with a great barbecue.
