The Borneo Jazz Festival is one of the most important in the Asian world. Held annually in the streets of Miri, it blends influences beyond the boundaries of jazz. Numerous international artists provide the sounds of saxophones, trumpets, drums, bass and pianos over 3 intense days. The evenings go on and on, enlivened by frenzied DJ sets. The festival is also an opportunity to discover Malaysian artists who are pure jazzmen or, on the contrary, flirt with hip-hop. The theme of the 2023 edition was "Jazz In The Jungle".
