Don't trust its grey, unattractive facade! This hotel is one of Sandakan's best addresses, with a stylish entrance and very friendly service. Opened in 1966, it has 24 rooms and is one of the city's historic hotels. If the rooms are a little worn, they still exude a certain retro chic and remain comfortable and clean. The suites are obviously larger, but we prefer the Harmony rooms. Le Balin, a bar and restaurant on the terrace, offers a beautiful view of the city.
