Changi Airport has a second pier, south of the runway. Ferries depart regularly from this pier to the Indonesian islands of Bintan and Batam. The boats for these two islands operate at a high frequency between 8:00 and 20:30. A shuttle service ($3.00) runs every 30 minutes from Terminal 1 (Lot A) and Terminal 4 (Lot 9) of the airport to the pier. The bus runs between 6:30 am and 7:30 pm. You can also take a taxi.
