We choose to dine here for the setting, a breathtaking view from the top of Marina Bay Sands, the whole of Singapore on offer.
The Marina Bay Sands is an exceptional setting for this Italian-American restaurant, with an atmosphere akin to that of Las Vegas. If you're not too bothered by the atmosphere and noise, then you can tackle the giant skewers and grills, spaghetti dishes, meatballs, pizzas, burratas, and finish off with the inevitable dessert cart. The evening continues late into the night, with DJs and live concerts.
