During your travels in Singapore, you probably passed a Killiney Kopitiam. This one is the original one established in 1919 by a family from Hainan and which was called Kheng Hoe Heng Coffeeshop at the time. It is the first kopitiam opened in Singapore that still retains a colonial spirit within its framework. This modest coffee has made its reputation with its toasted toasts and coffee roasting. We come here mainly for breakfast to taste kaya toast, toasted sandwich bread spread with a sweet coconut and egg jam.
