In a shophouse in Chinatown, Trinidad and Tobago native Chris Morris has opened a Caribbean cuisine restaurant. Next door, he also opened a bar which can be reached by a large staircase. One Friday a month, theme evenings are organized, salsa or reggae. With his restaurant and bar, Chris intends to promote Caribbean culture in Singapore and will take you on a journey with his Jamaican chicken, beef patties or fish cakes. A very nice place, an impressive selection of rums, and a deliciously concocted Ti Punch.
